Dow below 10,000

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is now dropping below 10,000 and is likely to move somewhat below that level in September, historically one of the worst performing months of the year.  Anywhere below DJIA 10,000 represents an excellent long-term buying opportunity to buy stocks.

Stocks usually drop in September and hit their seasonal, intermediate-term lows some time in October.  It's time to hold off buying until late September at the earliest, unless something changes between now and then.  If that happens, I'll let you know.
