The Dow Jones Industrial Average posted small gains this week. It doesn't look like anyone is making major bets either way. They seem to be taking a wait and see attitude at the moment. I am taking a wait-and-see attitude also. Since the big players move the markets, I want to follow their lead. I'm not convinced the market is going to move up yet. I still expect a down move first over the next 4-8 weeks.
